What we collect
For account holders: your email and billing details (billing is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers). For waitlist signups collected through your Populapp widget or hosted page: the email address a visitor submits, and the time of submission. You are the controller of the signups you collect; we are your processor for that data.
How we use it
To operate your waitlist, show signups their queue position, and let you export your list. We do not sell waitlist data, and we do not use it to market to your signups.
Your rights
You can export your data and delete your account anytime from your dashboard. Deleting your account hard-deletes your waitlist pages and signups after a short parking window. To exercise data rights for signups you collected, request an export from your dashboard.
